Serengeti is a swahili term meaning “endless plains”. The savanna grasslands in this 15,000 sq km national park is truly a sight with carnivores and herbivores co-existing. It is a visual treat to see some animals which were always seen behind cage in zoo or other confinements.
Enjoy the moments I have captured through my lens. Hope you enjoy them.

Now that the eagerly awaited pictures of Serengeti are here, I am very happy. I hope the next set has closeup of the Leopard. I enjoyed the ride (virtually) and went thru some of them a couple of times. Lions, as expected, stood out the most. While they are known to be lazy, you have managed to capture them when they are getting ready for some serious action. Great going.

Too early for Ngorongoro. There are multiple galleries yet to be posted from Serengeti itself.
It is a wildlife photographer’s paradise!
